Wow! I can’t believe there are/were 112 new listings for August in Far Northeast Heights! How large of a community is this? It seems like there is quite a variety of homes from the square footage and pricing. Great post for the locals Ashley!

I am surprised by the wide range in home prices – $160K to $975K is a big range. With just 32 days average to sell a home, Far Northeast Heights in Albuquerque looks to be a strong market.
