The homes of Albuquerque Acres West seem to be selling quite well. This report shows almost 1/2 of the homes had contracts in comparison to the new homes listed for this month.
Susie – The NE part of ABQ has been strong overall.
Ashley – it’s nice to see there are still strong markets in the NE part of ABQ. The media paints a very bad picture and buyers and sellers are scared here. ~Susie
