Ashley, you do such a great job of bring market information to ABQ real estate buyers. Your average time on the market is relatively short, which usually indicates a healthy market. Do you think that is so, in Albuquerque?
Far Northeast Heights shows great numbers for selling quickly! The sellers must be getting relatively close to their asking price(s) there.
