Ashley – I’m always amazed at how quickly the listings in ABQ sell! The UNM area seems to be doing fairly well if almost 1/2 the number of new listings sell or go under contract in a month. ~ Susie

Susie – I think UNM is doing so well due to new students for the fall. I know I sold a house to a couple buying a house within walking distance for their son who was going to start UNM.
