Ashley – it’s hard to believe you can buy anything for $63,000 in Albuquerque – looks like there are some bargains there right now. – Cyndee
Cyndee – Yes, those are some condos with easy access to the freeway. There are still some very affordable homes/condos in Albuquerque.
This area, Academy West, is it near town? Those are very affordable median prices for a big city like Albuquerque. Thanks for this Buyer update. Terry McDonald
Terry – Academy West is a part of the NE section of Albuquerque. It is located about 6 miles from the “Big I” which is I-25 and I-40.
