Ashley in an area like Alubquerque NM finding lovely affordable homes is not always easy – thanks for the real estate update on Four Hills.
Terry – Four Hills is a changing neighborhood. There are older residents there that have been with Four Hills since the 60′s and 70′s as well as younger families moving in as the empty nesters move.
Cyndee- Four Hills is one of the best kept secrets in Albuquerque. Due to it’s SE location it is often overlooked but you can get a great home for $20 or more a sq. ft. less than other NE foothill neighborhoods.

Srini – I think most homeowners want to see accurate stats from a local agent. Instead of the doom and gloom from the major media.
