Wow! 3-4 months on the market as an average is great! Although I am sure those homeowners would have rather been the person at 11 days! How are your year over year stats? I work in Round Rock Texas and we were actually able to squeeze out a 2% increase in sold prices from 2007-2008. Those of us that are lucky enough to work in stable markets should be very thankful.
