MARKET UPDATE: On Thursday, rates worsened after the last treasury auction, and then finally improved when the yield on the bonds and securities looked a lot more attractive to buyers. That trend continued on Friday morning when mortgage pricing was up to 0.50–improved from Thursday’s last price change.
