Here’s a page from the City of Albuquerque’s website that will provide you with some useful residential data: Address Query. Simply type in the street number followed by a space and the street name and click “Search.” No directional (i.e., “NE”) is needed. The Search Results page is packed with information. First, you’ll get political information, including the City Council District number and representative along with the County Commission District number and representative. NM House of Representatives and Senate numbers are also given. Next, school information is shown, including the district’s elementary, middle, and high schools. Also shown is the zoning code, lot and block numbers, along with flood zone status and police area jurisdiction information. The last section displays the owners’ names, the tax district number, a neighborhood legal description, the estimated acreage, and a map pinpointing the lot. |
