Enjoy Jim Hammond’s interactive aroma workshop and learn:
- the methodology of wine tasting
- the three acts of a wine’s flavor profile
- tuning your wine palate
- how to choose the best wine for your palate
- where to find great wine value.
Jim will also read selections from his book, Wines of Enchantment, on the history of grape growing and winemaking in New Mexico and wine
